The Whenuapai Village development was a large-scale, multi-year project involving the creation of 1,300 residential lots across 10 stages. This undertaking included extensive infrastructure upgrades, such as the installation of 5 kilometers of 300mm-diameter water mains, the Kumeu Huapai Rising Main, arterial road enhancements, and the construction of a signalised intersection. Central to the project was the establishment of a Town Centre, designed to serve as the community's focal point. Significant retaining structures were also constructed to provide level building platforms for Fletcher Residential. Additionally, the development incorporated essential utilities, including a wastewater pump station and stormwater detention basins, to support the community's long-term needs.
