Waiata Shores, located in Conifer Grove, is a residential multi-stage development by Fletcher Living. Since 2018, Crang Civil has served as the project's civil engineering consultant, delivering guidance to support its successful execution.

The development includes a variety of residential dwellings, alongside community amenities such as a playground, a neighbourhood centre, and a supermarket, creating a vibrant and family-friendly environment.

Situated adjacent to the Papakura Stream and the Pahurehure Inlet, the project required a strong focus on environmental protection.
