The Spedding Block is a 52-hectare development in Whenuapai. Crang Civil has provided civil infrastructure expertise, facilitating the rezoning of the site and civil design for resource consent and Engineering Plan approvals and for the subsequent construction phases.

The project is being delivered in stages and involves extensive infrastructure enhancements. These include the extension of Spedding Road to connect with Brigham Creek Road, the replacement of Brigham Creek Bridge, signalised intersections, the installation of water quality treatment devices, the delivery of bulk infrastructure, and upgrades to existing roadways to support the development.
