The Drury East development , Stages 1-7, encompasses approximately 76.7 hectares of land in Drury and is designed to accommodate just under 1000 residential dwellings upon completion for Fulton Hogan Land Development. Crang Civil is responsible for the engineering design of the infrastructure including new roads and bridges, existing road upgrades, enhanced wetlands and waterways, utilities upgrades, and a comprehensive 3 waters design.
